The Adoption Process
NOTICE:
1. Applications may take upwards of 2 weeks to process. Please be patient! We are an all-volunteer organization and must also care for each of these pets while in our programs.
2. Due to the volume of applications received, we cannot always reply individually to each applicant. We wish we could thank each of you personally for caring enough to apply! If you have not received a reply and the pet you are interested in no longer appears on our site, then you may assume he has begun a happy new life at his forever home.
3. Incomplete applications will be discarded. Please insert 'NA' in fields where the question is not applicable.
4. We reserve the right to refuse adoption to anyone.
5. Palisades Animal Rescue handles out-of-state adoptions on a case-by-case basis only. Transportation is the sole responsibility of the adopter.
